We are women who embrace challenges. We love the feeling of the barbell in our hands, promising to push us to our limit. We have faced these challenges our entire lives in a world not built for women who take up space both physically and figuratively. After realizing the power of weightlifting to help women heal from trauma, claim their bodies for themselves, and grow into their truth we felt there needed to be a line of clothing that reflected the joy and purpose of embracing our strength.

Natasha was always a strong girl. Feminism was ingrained in her from a young age, and she has never shied away from taking up space. She has tried multiple fitness avenues and sports including cross country skiing, snowboarding, dance, color guard, and yoga, but none seemed to stick. After changing careers, starting a farm, and experiencing great tragedy her friend talked her into lifting. It changed her life and helped her better appreciate her body and all that it's capable of.
